Wayne has a passion for designing bespoke financial solutions for High Net worth investors and their families and has a keen interest in financial derivatives, Alternative asset management and staying abreast with local and international capital market movements.

David Bryant

Head Of Investment Management, CFA® charterholder

David obtained his B.Comm Honours in Economics from Stellenbosch University in 2015 and went on to earn the CFA charter. He is currently furthering his studies with a Master’s in Economics through the University of Bath. After a brief entrepreneurial venture as a bar owner in Plettenberg Bay, David joined Bayswater in 2016 and has been a key member of the team ever since. Over nearly a decade, he has gained experience across all areas of the business, ultimately becoming Head of Investment Management. Passionate about helping people, David is dedicated to guiding Bayswater clients through their investment journeys and ensuring they remain committed to their long-term plans. His focus lies in building disciplined strategies that secure and grow wealth for the future.

Dino Nizetich

Investment Advisor, CFA® charterholder

Dino obtained his B.Comm degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from Wits University and is currently studying towards the CFA designation. Driven by a strong interest in financial markets, he joined Bayswater in 2021 and has since gained experience across the business, from derivatives and single-opportunity investments to core portfolio strategies for clients. With a particular strength in idea generation and portfolio construction, Dino has become an integral part of the team. He is deeply committed to designing investment solutions that are not only effective but also aligned with each client’s unique goals and personality.

Nosipho Simelane

Head Of Operations

Nosipho holds a B.Comm degree in Business Management from the University of South Africa and has over a decade of experience in financial services. She began her career in 2015 at Standard Bank before moving to Bidvest Bank in 2017, where she deepened her expertise in operations and client service. Joining Bayswater Capital in September 2022, Nosipho has brought a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to the management of investment operations. As an experienced Investment Administrator, she ensures the seamless execution and administration of portfolios, while continually aligning processes with industry best practices to meet the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders.

Dominic van Eck

Investment Advisor

Dominic obtained his B.Comm undergraduate and Honours degree in Investment Management from Stellenbosch University before beginning his professional career with Bayswater in 2022. Currently studying towards his CFA designation, Dominic has quickly established himself as a key member of the team, extending his focus into bespoke idea generation and portfolio construction. His analytical approach, combined with a passion for innovative investment thinking, ensures that Bayswater clients benefit from carefully tailored solutions designed to meet their unique needs.

Matthew Mutsai

Investment Analyst

Matthew joined Bayswater Capital in 2025 as an investment analyst, focusing on research and strategy across global markets. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Cape Town, where he also served as Head Tutor, mentoring over 1,500 students in finance and statistical analysis. Passionate about investing, analysis, and people, he is preparing to pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and is committed to continuous learning and delivering winning, high-impact investment strategies.
